By creating an account or using TweetGoat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TweetGoat after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

TweetGoat is an AI-powered X/Twitter content strategy and growth platform. We provide tools including brand intelligence scanning, AI content generation, content calendar management, analytics, engagement pod matching, and related features.

TweetGoat is a tool to assist your X growth. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your niche, content quality, and consistency.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 16 years old to use TweetGoat. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree NOT to use TweetGoat to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content

• Violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

• Impersonate other individuals or brands

• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate TweetGoat's AI models or algorithms

• Share your account credentials with third parties (except for Agency plan sub-accounts)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content. You retain full ownership of all content you create using TweetGoat, including AI-generated tweets, strategies, and analytics data. TweetGoat claims no ownership over your content.

License to Us. By using TweetGoat, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., generating AI suggestions, running analytics). We do NOT use your individual content to train AI models for other users.

TweetGoat IP. The TweetGoat platform, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our platform.

TweetGoat offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Free Trial. Some paid plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Price Changes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.

TweetGoat integrates with X/Twitter via their API. Your use of X is governed by X's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for changes to X's API, policies, or platform availability.

We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and terms.

TweetGoat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetGoat's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold TweetGoat harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will delete your personal data within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use TweetGoat ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
